Installed a tilt column in it this week and also a yj steering box. Drives much nicer now, It did have a quick ratio box on it and was kind of twitchy on the highway.

Added a couple of things to the cj today. Got a good deal on some tube fenders and rock sliders.

Moved my led signal lights to the side of the grill under the fenders.

Really nice cj you have there.

The first pic (on the first page) of you going through the mud is a great shot.

This is from 10-9-10 at hwy 89. I now have to pull the oil pan and see what I hurt that night.

Nice pic! So how bad was the oil pan? No skid plates underneath yet?

It's not the oil pan itself, but what's above it! Too many rpm's and like a goob I didn't have a dust shield for the converter. The pit had lot's of rock in it and they packed up behind the converter and jammed everything up. I now have a bad main bearing rattle, so it depends on the condition of the crank whether I can just install new bearings or if I need to install a short block.

This was just a few of what I dug out from behind the converter Sunday.1010101305-00.jpg
