What Was Your First Jeep Mod?

When you first got your jeep, what was your first mod? I am curious.

I got skids and front tow hooks and installed them.

2" lift and 32" TSL/SX's (That was 13 yrs ago)

The first mod that I ever did was to put new floor boards in the Jeep that my dad bought.

The second mod was to make a new quarter panel - because it had a spare tire carrier that mounted to the right quarter panel and dad was driving through the woods and got it caught on a tree and ripped the quarter panel off.

Need I say anymore.
This was a old '64 Jeep and not one of these pleasure boats that people drives today.

We also cut a hole in the dash to put in a new AM radio - the '64 didn't come with a radio.
