You need at least 3 inches of lift in order to fit 33's. A 2" lift might cause some tire rubbing issue. Check out the rubicon express at 4wheelonline. I know they have 3" lift kits for your XJ.

A lot of guys are happy with Teraflex. Another good option is the Rubicon Express lift with bilstein shocks. This kit is a little stiff on road but awesome off the road. With 2.5" RE, you can put 35inch tires.

Did you try to flush the system? Check also the water pump if defective, and if you have a clogged radiator.

Jet performance chip is a good brand. You can see slight hp improvement.

Body lift is not a bad thing, though I prefer suspension lift for improved off-road performance.

Teraflex is a good leveling kit and will not change the ride quality of your JK.

Without doubt, Bilstein is the best. Also, OME shocks are good especially if you're planning to go off the road.

The stock brakes are good enough for daily driving needs. If you want to upgrade, EBC is a good choice.

It could be a caster issue also. Try to adjust them.

I like the deep tone of magnaflow. It is also not too loud.
