I think it is a great idea.... however, I think that one "Jeep of the Month" should be sufficient. I think it would just be over the top to try to have one from each category.

I have had it about 3 years this month, but for the first couple months I had it it remained stock. It was a corps of engineers park ranger jeep when I got it, so it had high miles, but was very well taken care of. All power options (they all worked as well), cruise control, A/c, everything...

I personally wouldn't go with the pre-fab cage. I mean I am kind of a newbie to XJ's and stuff. But if you are a very big guy, there isn't much headroom (or room in general) inside an XJ to begin with, and then when you start filling that space with a cage it will get even more cramped. I...
