SBC's are plentiful and cheap. Parts are usually cheaper than most any other brand. Get a set of bolt on conversion mounts. (You have to cut off the pinion bumpstop on the frame) and they go right on.

I test drove one at work and it was really strange at first. Also got some double takes from other drivers.

The arch of the springs maybe a little different though, but should work fine.

Just looking at the future My idea on the radius arms

I've got a set of 14.9x28 tractor tires to go on it. They should be around 52 inches tall when mounted. I've built a set of radius arms for the front, but don't know if I'm gonna keep it that way.
