shop manual says it pays .2 hrs. with bumper cover removed, so yes, you will probably have to pull the cover off as well, pretty common nowdays.

i was replacing a spinde for a friend & noticed it fit perfectly in the .120 wall 1.5" tubing, one thing led to another. great idea on the lock outs, I dont have a stop, the tire hits the right qtr to stop it.
