I would speak with your dealership. I don't see how they could do it given the size of the 2003 Liberty dashboard instrument panel. even if they took out the radio there still isn't enough room.

Sounds like the only REAL fix would be having Jeep downgrade the automatic windows to old fashion crack style manuals.
