why does my alternot charge at 13.6 volts on 2000 grand cherokee laredo I-6 4.0 is that normal for all grand cherokee and where is the mla and can i change it and will that fix my voltage i want it to charge at 14.4 for my car stereo

yes it does have tabs on top and on bottom the only way to acces the bottom is by pulling the cover of so i guess i got to do that just wanted to check here first .. has any one were done this before ?
