I have those same tail lights!! Ive had them for about a year 1/2 now and almost everyday I have someone tell me I have a break light out.... lol. Does this ever happen to you? Its only in the day time. I guess the way the lights are angled out makes them hard to see in the light.

Never had it happen to me during the day only at night.. my sister thought one of them was out and I WAS LIKE WHAT?! and yeah it's the angling of the lights.
