It IS bedliner. Some jerk threw paint remover on the side of it. The Ins. Co. gave me $1,200 to get it repainted. I had asked a friend of mine about spraying the bottom half when this all happened. So I told him do it all. He used "Smart Truck Bed Liner" that he gets from his body shop supplier.
No, it is not hard to clean. I get asked that a lot! The nice thing about this type of liner is that it's durable but it isn't scratchy.

It's an SC Rockstar, made in Utah. They are out of business now as far as I know. I had to get the Post Master General's office after him to get my bumper so even if he is still making them I wouldn't trust him.
